Return Form

1. The form must be filled out completely. You will receive an RMA # sent to the email address you provide in the form. The RMA # is valid for 7 business days. (The package will not be accepted after 7 business days)

2. The RMA # you receive must be written on the outside of the shipping box or the the shipment will be refused. Inside the box, a copy of your invoice must accompany the returned items.

3. Refund requests are honored only within 10 days of the Shipped date on the invoice. Refunds, less a 20% re-stocking charge, are honored within 14 days of the shipped date on the invoice. Refunds can not exceed the price of purchase. Refunds can be made only if all the original contents including packaging are returned.

4. Items reported defective (RMA) will be tested for verification before a replacement will be shipped. There is 20% re-stocking fee for missing items. DEFECTS REPLACED WITH SAME ITEM ONLY.

5. Electrically burnt or physically damaged items cannot be returned. Discontinued items will be sent back to the manufacturer / distributor for replacement FOR YOU.

6. Cross-shipment is done only if secured by a credit card. Cross-shipment on purchases older than 60 days is not done.
